Workout Motivation

My hubby and I currently resemble two grizzlies – lots of fur (yes, I need to shave my legs) and plenty of belly fat – accumulated during the long winter months. So it’s time to get motivated and work out. To do this, I found some motivating reasons and quotes.

Motivating reasons to exercise:

1. Helps combat depression.

3. Helps you de-stress.

4. Helps you sleep better.

5. Because you’re tired of being tired.

  1. I especially like the quote about not finding time for exercise means having to find time for illness.
I don’t go to the gym, pool or whatever but I go for long walks with the dog, my bike is regular transport and I have to look after my horse every day. I think that all counts as a work out, but at least I don’t need any extra time for it.
